Prices have gone up since I started my lease. Late fees are also pricy (is what it is). Units are clean but do show signs of mice.I put everything in plastic totes for fear mice will destroy my belongings. The contact is easy to reach and communicates well.

Probably one of the nicest guys I’ve met in a while. Clint is a heck of a guy and he cares about customer satisfaction even on a personable level, which is outstanding good clean functioning units at a good location. Doors are maintained in operate smooth with ease and offered a discount as a donation to the work that I’m doing for the community to store my lumber and supplies and material. I look forward to more interactions with Clint and will indefinitely do my business with Northwest storage. Thank you so much guys that is the model that everyone should follow.
